I guess I am growing tired of women defining themselves, i.e. Monique, as thick without even being remotely close to the brother's definition. Maybe we can help them out, help them understand, and at the same time helping ourselves too.

Well, um, this woman does not consider Monique to be 'thick', she is obese.
Understanding Your Body Fat Percentage While I don't subscribe to the use of BMI to determine obesity (doesn't consider body composition), I would still bypass 'thick' and go straight to obese as she appears to be well over 30% BF. I'm just sayin' . . .  Edit: Okay I just re-read the title. I know I'm not a brother, but, er uh, a brother down the hall asked me to post his thoughts.

I'll have to agree with the findings that the gap makes the overall posterior much, much nicer!!! Also, I now see confirmation to exactly why a brother should pursue the apple bottoms and avoid the flat ironed ones. Thank you for the research data information.
