Are you saying that there is indeed a problem with African-American children in "Government Operated" American Schools?

Clearly you can't be saying that you are against children of African ancestry who live in America should not go to "American schools"? Of course the option is for those people of a certain consciousness to start their own schools where the concepts that they prefer will be taught.

UNFORTUNATELY this stance is counter to the views of the average Black Quasi-Socialist Progressive Fundamentalist who is a strong support in defense of the Big Government Operated Schools Industrial Complex and the teachers unions that support it. They would fight you on any plan to create afro-centric schools. Their main basis is that if Black people form Black schools then WHITE PEOPLE WILL FORM WHITE SCHOOLS. They worry more about White folks than they do about Black folks so this is a non-starter.
