OK, we've discussed the question of whether a human being can be illegal.

But what about a prime number? Can a prime number be illegal?

Supposedly, the two prime numbers listed in this wikipedia article are illegal:

Well, somebody took down the actual illegal primes from the current wikipedia article.

Guns are not illegal.

The possession of guns can be.

The use of guns can be.

The ownership of guns can be illegal.

I would guess that other things can 'carry' illegal usage, possession, and or distribution.

Without the number itself being illegal, per se.
