This is for all the space nerds. I know this excited me being the huge space nerd that I am.

And unlike the other Shenzhou flights this one has a spacewalk.  But, I'm a little disappointed that the send-off wasn't as spectacular as the opening ceremony of the Beijing Olympics. This is a very interesting time for manned space flight because many other countries are also getting their own independent space agencies underway. The EU (including Canada and Australia) will probably be the next independent space program possibly followed by Brazil or India. The AU (African Union) also has plans to start a space agency and has been offered a loan from the Chinese National Space Administration.
