Are you on a dial-up or a relatively slow bandwidth speed? That sounds like a bandwidth issue more than anything else. In the same way that if you had a fire hose you could push more water down it - faster - than a straw - the same principle applies to your computer's ability to download data from the web. Video is data rich so you need greater bandwidth to display it real time. |

What do you use to download?
I use Realplayer 11. http://uk.real.com/player/ Sometimes it will stop recording part way thru but give the impression it completed. um |

Buy a faster high speed package. Are you pretty good about cleaning your browser cache and recycle bin? That might help a bit too. Have you ever tested your actual speeds? You can check it here at CNET. Run the test a few times and check the average. For perspective I have DSL and get between 6,000 and 6,500 Kbps. |

It seems that Qwest/MSN doesn't want me to test my actual speed. I click on your link and get a terminal error message and have to reboot
But I captured the URL and went there myself. I did the test and I"m embarassed to tell you my speed ... let's just say it's just a hair faster than a dail-up. |
