10th Mnth – December 14 – Deca/Ten
11th Mnth – January 14 – An or Janus; Chanoch, Son of Cain- [var. Chisleu/Kislev]
12th Mnth –February 14- End of Year Festivals
13th Mnth –February (2nd) – [Veadar or 2nd Adar]-----Lunar-Leap Month

*The 14th Day, is based on the moon cycle and after the earth was tilted and slowed down from a 360-rotation to a 365.6-rotation cycle around the sun. The 14th Day, therefore, is 'the first day of the month' and ancient priest and scientist used a lunar Calendar in conjunction with a solar Calendar in order to align time.
