a very happy turkey day. The turkeys are in the oven stuffed with cornbread dressing, the green beans are being snapped, the yams are being sliced, the corn on the cob culled, the lima and butter beans are being soaked, the collard, mustard, turnip greens are being cut up, the macaroni and cheese are being prepared to go in the oven tomorrow, the cakes: chocolate, coconut, strawberry, and velvet will be baked tonite including potato and pumpkin pies, the cornbread and other trimmings and fixings will be prepared in the morning.
