FTR, I have NEVER said anything negative about msprettyg, the entire time I've been here. Likewise, I have NEVER poked fun at her, and certainly NOT at the expense of another. I've never 'once' said or implied anything disparging about her.

That said, NO, I haven't forgotten what you said. YOU may have forgotten, but *I* haven't.

*I* am a REAL PERSON behind this computer screen, and I don't forget when I'm brought "into" crap for no damn reason.

Now ... we both know where we stand.

Sweetie [gag & puke] YOU do YOU ... don't worry about how "foolish" you think *I* look...cause the truth is ... YOU look like a BIG TIME FOOL, posting the wrong picture of a man, while slandering him all in one swoop. Please.

YOU started this shit and you should know by now, I don't give a good f*ck what YOU or your croonies think or say about me. You got your "people" mixed up. Cause I don't give a sh*t about YOU or anything about YOU. as you would say "geesh!"

You need to get over yourself because you & your buddies can ALL kiss my dog's black a**.

Take your "benefit of the doubt" and shove it UP the nearest hole.

Got it? Good!

Dear readers,

please notice the actions of the "clique." msprettyG took it upon herself to start some shit with me, most likely, because of what went down with her white buddy.

But...check it out for yourself ... read through this thread, and you'll see ... I had not even responded to her first post in this thread. I ignored the slander she put out there against Michael Baisden & chose to respond to leart, instead. She then took my post [a post that wasn't directed to or at her trifling ass], to poke fun [also known as STARTING SHIT].

Now, here come the rest of the SNOB buddies to co-sign her madness. Nevermind that SHE was wrong.

See, I rarely say ANYTHING to vox vomit and yet, HERE HE COMES to contribute his part of the bs. He's been waiting for this opportunity .... cause I rarely, if ever, say anything to him.

Wow. What a man, dontcha think? All MATURE & stuff. Sticking his nose in a situation between two women.

All this because I will not bow down to the snob buddies. Their a** stinks too, they ain't no better than anyone else. They just THINK they are. lol I will not allow ANY of the SNOB BUDDIES to dictate how I post or respond. It's as simple as that.

I won't fall in line with their snob "clique" and I won't kiss their snob a**es....I NEVER will.

Stay tuned folks. I'm sure the SNOB BUDDIES are not done yet.

I dont think we realize how much we have internalized pain, rage and anger. I was reminded of this last night when I allowed myself to be drawn into a Stupid Arguement, when I could have let it go! Not pointing any fingers at anyone , but this situation reminded me of how I allow my emotions to control my actions sometimes

Well, not everyone has it ALL together EVERY TIME & EVERY DAY. Unlike some folks here, I consider myself an imperfect human being. Sometimes I let things slide and sometimes I don't.

I'm very flexible that way. Smile

The times I let things slide, you'd never know ... it's only the things I don't let slide that you see.

But I do appreciate your observation.

If there are any Michael Baisden fans out there. . .Please know that I'm truly sorry about the turn this thread has taken.

Anyone who has EVER listened to the man's radio show, knows that he [Michael Baisden] is ALL about positivity. And he does a LOT of things that benefit the black community. This is a man who calls black folk, or rather ... his listeners, "Family."

Which is what drew me to him--I like his energy. I like how he embraces black folks/black culture. And his topic discussions are very much needed in the black community. "Grown folk radio," he calls it.

He is a Black Voice and represents.

I can't tell you how many times I've had to stop what I was doing [to look for a pen & paper], in order to write down important information given on his show.

He touches every area of black life...important issues that affect both men & woman and BLACK CHILDREN.

My only intention when I started this thread was to share what I thought was a "good thing"....

My bad.

I'm beginning to feel that trying to unite or have any camaraderie with black folk is a plain ole losing battle, and simply not worth the energy.

There are too many issues involved and too much self hatred. How can black folk love each other when some of them don't even love themselves? some black folk LOVE hatin' on each other. Wow. the white man don't have to do a thang...black folk do it for him.

Anyway. . .

Again, my apologies to each & every one of you--dear Readers.

I was listening to the Michael Baisden's show [a few weeks back] and at the time the topic was "health issues..."

...it seems there are exercises men can do [in lieu of viagra] that works well for them ... much like kegels work well for woman. According to the doctor on the show, viagra is effective for about 2 years, but after that it doesn't work anymore.

However, the exercise [for men] that I'm about to share ... not only works well, but is effective for the long-term.

course, when I heard this I quickly took notes. I mean, who knows ... I may find myself with a man in his forties who isn't aware of these exercises. I am looking out for his sexual health, among other things. lol.

Anyway, this method involves exercising the prostate. Now, if words like "erection" and "penis" are offensive to you, please stop right here and exit this thread.

I think this information should be passed along....

OK...give me a minute ... I'll go get my notes. 3

You and that fellow Baisden must not know anything, there are many different Medications out here for Erections. Viagara is just the oldest. There are numerous Herbal treatments that you can use. Most people get dozens of them as a results of email Spam everyday. It sounds as if you are 15 or 16 years old talking about grown folks business.

Why the need to insult me? You could've said what you had to say without insulting me. I've never insulted you, so what's the problem?

Black on black 'hate' sucks big time. There's enough HATE going around [on this board alone] to last a lifetime, why add to it?

And my previous post had nothing to with MEDICATIONS for erections. I have no idea what you're talking about. I referenced an exercise in that particular post.

Anyway, I can't find my notes, but it's an EXERCISE that men can do...

not medication, not a herbal whatchamacallit ... a plain ole ... good old fashion EXERCISE ...

...and the purpose [from my understanding] is to help maintain a healthy prostate gland.

but whatever.

take the meds ... take the herbal mix. It's all good, I'm sure.

To add carity to a comment is not intended as an insult, but accept my apology anyway. Furthermore, I didn't hear the Radio Show about exercising one's Prostate, but to offer an additional comment, access to that Gland is usually done through the Rectum. Doctors go that route to check for an enlarged prostate, I think they call it a Digital Rectal Exam, any other forms of penetration is foreign to me.

I didn't want to get into any long drawn out discussion about a Man's inability to get an erection, but it could be related to many things, and exercise will not necessarily help you if the Man has had a significant decrease in Testosterone, which happens as Men go through the aging process, or if he's taking certain Blook Pressure Medicines. Being a Diebetic could also be a factor. So it might not be just about exercise or any other "one" item. It could be a combination of many things, but many are related to Aging.

Not sure of the correct name but it's been around for awhile. Basically you just squeeze and hold for a few seconds throughout the day. This is supposed to especially work when a man has to urinate.

Kegel's work for men, particularly with respect to issues of pre-ejaculation or simply for greater control with respect to climax. They also help in the area of erection in general.

There probably are things that can be done with respect to the prostate, but if it involves reentry as does the exam ones doctor performs, I would assert that you are going to find most guys resistant to entertaining such a protocol.

To add clarity to a comment is not 'intended' as an insult, however, THIS is:

I don't recall 'asking you' to get in a long drawn out discussion about a man's inability to get an erection. Eek Where did I imply THAT in my post? I didn't. In fact, my post wasn't directed to you at all.

I intended to simply pass along information - you read more into my post than what was there.

The doctor DID say that this particular exercise has been around for a while. 3

And what you've described above is similar ... but not quite "it." 4
