It is similar to kegels for women but with a couple of differences no one has mentioned thus far. I will post my notes [yes, I found them. ]

I think many people would advise a person to get a proper diagnosis from a Medical Doctor. Otherwise you wont know what your problem is anyway, or what the prognosis could be. What you have may not even be a Prostate problem. I just heard that a lack of sleep can cause a decrease in Testosterone. This Harmone usually decreases with aging.

I am very excited about this trip.

This is just an exercise:

Right before you relieve yourself, stand as if straddling a horse. . .

. . .as you release the flow of urine, stop mid stream, hold it ... then release again...

...stop...release...repeat until you've emptied your bladder. Do this whenever you take a leak [or whenever you think of it] throughout the day, but it should never be done during your FIRST visit to the restroom [in the morning]. . .during your first visit, just let it flow non stop.

Now, the key thing is ... as you release the flow of urine...exhale to the count of 5 or 10 ... when you stop the flow...inhale to the count of 5 or 10.

release the flow--exhale--count

stop the flow--inhale--count.
