Yes, Ms. Koco ... there's some vital information missing!

Even though the trial has been going on for 6 years, the crime is alleged to have happened before that! The prosecutors were using the age of the girl at the time of taping of the video .. not the age at the time that the charges were brought (which was 17).

It all was a little tricky in the beginning ... the prosecutors weren't sure of when the tape was made ... so it made their timeline a little shaky, if I remember correctly. But ... that is not the only under-aged girl that pervert has been accused of having sex with. She's the only one there's proof of.

Yes ... That was no doubt the second part of the defense ...

1) It wasn't me;

2) If it was me, 23-6=17 ... what's the age of consent [or aggravation] in Illinios? There's quite a difference in the time one gets for being with an under-age 17 yr old and a 14 yr old.

@EbonyRose and Kweli4real....okay so the real question is the age of the "video?" Right? Another question....then how was it possible for them to erase the timeline off the video? I always thought that once you video something the timeline was a permanent stamp. You can change this now? Cuz if the question is how old is the video? Then how come they can't find out when the act was filmed....since we all know that videos automatically stamp the time and date on each recording. But! I know. With high tech, ANYTHING is possible!
