This thread was started because of a suggestion made by ATPWORDPRO: "Provide Tax Tips...". After such an eventful year in almost every sector of American life. I have decided to give this suggestion a try.

The Congressional Democratic juggernaut stiffed by the President and his "prevent defense" Republican minority finally got the Country a 2008 spending bill. Now, the IRS can do its business and has published its initial instructions to those of you anticipating refunds.

Let me suggest for those who may be interested, that you go to www.irs.gov. Once INSIDE their site, click on the search this site ("search") space. Enter a phrase (few terms as possible) such as: Roth IRA difference v Traditional IRA, Roth IRA v ROTH 401K, etc. You will be surprised at the amount of information that is stored. I can (will) reduce the verbiage to the key pithy points of these subjects for your consideration in general.
