Should the majority of the electorate who actually live in the district, the majority of the electorate being Black at this time, should they not hold a Roosevelt Dorn, or otherwise accountable, vote for truly ethical and competent candidates, or take it upon themselves to run for elected office if necessary to effect change.......

.......the voters of Inglewood, California, can only fault themselves for the unethical, sleazy, unprofessional, and disgraceful acts on the part of the sleazy and greedy that follow.

.....At this time, registered voters, who are Black outnumber Hispanic registered voters. A voter must be a U.S. citizen to vote in any election for public office in the United States of America. Hispanics may outnumber, or will soon outnumber Black people in Inglewood. Many of the Hispanic immigrants are illegal immigrants, and/or undocumented immigrants.

As more of these individuals become U.S. citizens, or as their children born on U.S. soil become adults, slim chance exists where a Roosevelt Dorn, etc., etc., will continue to hold elected office. Hispanics tend to vote for candidates who serve their best interests. This being said, as more Hispanics become U.S. citizens, it won't be business as usual in Inglewood.

South Central Los Angeles, and Compton were once predominately Black communities. Considering the fact that the Black community is so weak that it allows misfits to hold elected office and the dysfunctional in the Black community make it easy for illegal immigrants to become entrended in any predominate Black community, it would not be surprising to learn where demographic changes also take place in Inglewood.

In talking with an elder Black man on Saturday, April 7. 2007, while at a self-serv car wash facility at Redondo Blvd and Venice Blvd., it was stated that Hispanics now own the multi-unit apartment building adjacent to the self-serve car wash, formerly owned by at least one Black owner. It was stated that upon her death, a Black woman heired the multi-unit apartment building she owned to her son. It was also stated that her son became a "crack" addict, and due to his crack cocaine addiction, he did not make intelligent decisions. It was stated that her son became indebted, and needed $10,000 to get out of debt. To make a sad story short, out of desparation for money to support his drug habit, Hispanic immigrants acquired this multi-unit, asset value of close to 1 million dollar apartment complex for $10,000. It is certain that, due to the crack cocaine influence over the Black community, there are many other documented situations to which Black people have given away or foolishly lost their property, violated the law to lose the lawful right to work, etc., etc., because of the use of illicit "crack cocaine".

Furthermore this elder Black male stated that Black people are idiots. He stated that many Black people who formerly owned property in South Central, Los Angeles, and/or Compton, sold their property, or bought property of much lower assessed value in Victorville, etc., etc. Mind you, the individuals who moved to Victorville, etc, etc., still work in Los Angeles. He stated that although homes can be purchased for far less money in Victorville, than in Los Angeles County, there are fewer employment opportunities in Victorville for Black people. He also stated, at the same time Black people migrated to a Victorville, etc., etc., to significantly increase the communiting distance to and from work, or increase the wear and tear on any automobile owned, Caucasians and/or others moved back to the City of Los Angeles, South Central Los Angeles, Compton, etc., etc., to reduce the communiting distance to and from work, and/or to reduce any other expense, associated with living far from their place of employment, or far from any business entity controlled.

He also stated that while by and large Black drug dealers used their illicit drug earnings to be fly, to flaunt themselves, and/or to emulate a "Super Fly" idol or character, to purchase expensive clothing, luxury automobiles, and/or other purchases that do not lead to positive cash flow.....

........in contrast, the Mexican Mafia, Hispanic Drug dealers laundered their illicitly earned drug profits to set each other up in lawful business endeavors, etc., etc., in Compton, South Central Los Angeles, Baltimore, New Orleans, and/or other communities predominated or formerly predominated by Black people.

He stated that, he was from New Orleans, and Black people are losing out, in New Orleans, etc., etc., for the same reasons. He stated that Hispanics, be it illegal immigrants, or otherwise, have displaced Black men in the Construction Industry in a New Orleans, and/or other communities predominated by Black people. He stated that although, he's being paid well for serving a Jewish lawyer who own multiple selfserving car wash facilities throughout Los Angeles, the situtation of gainful employment opportunity for future generations of Black look grim, because Black people have been foolish with their assets, made foolish decisions, and/or Hispanics now control communities formerly predominated by Blacks.

I couldn't agree more with every bit of the information that this elder Black male shared with me.

Ironically, illegal Hispanic, undocumented immigrants, and/or the Mexican Mafia control the illicit drug trade in South Central Los Angeles, Compton, Inglewood, and/or other communities formerly predominated, or presently predominated by Black people. While Black people consume "crack", Hispanic drug dealers sell crack. Unlike the typical Black drug dealers who purchase "beamers", expensive clothing, and the like, Hispanics launder their illicit drug profits.

Compounding this situtation, U.S. citizens who are Black, and/or undocumented or illegal Black immigrants, have made it possible for illegal immigrants to enter the U.S.

My next door neighbor, a Black woman who is both a U.S. citizen, and a UCLA university graduate, has provided refuge for 13 illegal Somalian immigrants, one of the Somalian immigrants being a slave girl for the remaining 12 Somalian immigrants. Hispanic illegal immigrants are not the only illegal immigrants who enter the U.S. via the Mexican border. At least one member of the group of Somalian illegal immigrants, who are being feloniously harbored by the ignorance of my next door neighbor, speaks fluent Spanish. It is certain that these Somalian individuals became very fluent in Spanish, so that it would make it easier for them to live in Mexico for a duration, prior to illegally entering the U.S. via the Mexican border.

The ignorance of the Black community has made it a Win, Win, Win situation for illegal and undocumented Hispanic immigrants, Somalian, Trinadian, Jamaican, Caribbean, etc., etc., so much so, that the U.S. born Black people, contribute to their own extinction.
