You ever wake up and feel annoyed at the prospect of interacting with non Blacks? Occasionaly, I feel genuine anger at the prospect of having to spend time talking to,seeing, being around Hispanics, Asians, Whites etc, etc. Unfortunatly unless it is a Sat or Sun I have to supress it to get through my day but honestly it is stressful. I can say openly that I do not hate these other races and rarely come across any noticable racism, but I just like being around Black folk. Odd sentiment? Anyone else feel this way? All I know is it one more compromise in a life full of them and my brothers and sisters it is depressing.

Yeah I did come to feel that way on my previous job location. It even got to the point where I was sitting in the lounge gossiping about white co-workers with the black janitorial staff we were so tired of them crackers.
But now that I'm working with mostly black co-workers I've come to find out how trifling, back stabbing, and untrustworthy our own people can be. I'd rather be hated for what I am than loved for what I'm not. - Chuck D. |

i hear what you saying. i had my experience with this sista that was working with me at a nursing job. all along i thought she was my friend but it turn out that she was going behind my back lying to the head boss about me not doing my work and all other sorts of lies cus she wanted the manager positions and they was going to give it to me. how i found out was when i was going to the human resources to get my check when i bumped into my other friend that she also befriended and he told me everything that was going on. to make a long story short, we cussed each other out, got written up and then she quit two weeks later. she tried to do the same thing to the head boss. talking about trifling... |

It's a daily-double(and therefore prefferable) if they are African/Black. I do occassionally get annoyed at the prospect of being in any situation where Texan locals, regurdless of race, are the numerical majority. You know--every time I come across this thread I keep saying to myself this shit ain't true. Sometimes I just get tired of people in general. I can't say 'I get tired of white folks' and completely ignore some trifling ass negro right in my face. I can't say I'm tired of negroes when I got this clueless ass Asian breathing his or her hot seaweed breath in my face. And, yeah, plenty white people get on my nerves.
Shit. People in general can get on your nerves, man. Fuck all this 'whitie' talk. I've had experiences like mzzvea where you think a nigga down with you and sometimes that muhfucka be the main one trying to burn a brother. I don't mean to sound negative cause' lord knows I've had dozens more days that ended on a positive note than on a negative one. But on the subject on being tired--I just get tired of people in general. One thing I can't stand and get sick and damn tired of is negroes that act like white people or any other non-black is just pure garbage like there ain't no trifling ass, uneducated, unemployed, sucking off society ass negroes giving everybody else a bad name. What the fuck did a white person do to your ass that made you want to hate the entire race? That's what I want to motherfucking know. And what did a white person do to you that any black person could haven't equally done if not worse? All I know is I just try to be cool with people no matter what race or nationality they are instead of walking around like there's some kind of world war always going on. Shit--everybody is out for themselves. Stop trying to act like there's some kind of magic island full of black people and shit would be so much better if you lived there. Enemy territory. Fuck. Personally, I'm tired of Armenians, particularly the men.
 I live in an area that has a high population of Armenians. And I find that I'd much rather deal with white folk (any day of the week) than to deal with some of these dang foreigners. good or bad, that's 'my' reality. |

I guess it is all a matter of experience. I haven't had many negative experiences with Blacks. Honestly haven't had many with non-Blacks though probaly more than I've had with Backs. My preference are natural to me, I'm not going to go around pretending to enjoy all races equally to be politically correct, open minded or whatever cliched saying they've attached to multi culturalism. |

What does this long , boring tirade has to do with me and who I prefer being around. I do not recall asking anyone to agree frankly I care little about who you relate too, just like anyone else I hang around I relate to, you should do the same.
