Is there a clause against opposing ideals set forth by members on the basis of their gender? Or am I just reading too much into the mob squad attempting to pounce any male member who strongly rejects something a female may say or do?

Is there an anti-retaliation clause? Can females make disparaging remarks with strict impunity? Is there some sort of intellectual handi-cap being compensated for that I'm missing?
