All readers of this site, no mater your political, cultural or social leaninigs. Our representatives we send to Washington speak for us! I refrain from politics, but did you know Oprah(?) was in IOWA today?

If you would read my posts since November 20th, most Americans seem totally tuned out as to what 2008 has in store for us---you, on and on... Please read all my posts this site!

Do you know the Black farmers have their best chance for having decades of egregious discrimination being redressed by this 110th Congress, thanks in large part to efforts of Rep Artur Davis (D-AL) and Sen Barack Obama---Dem pres. candidate hopeful---D_IL), et. al.and other longtime civil rights luminaries, supporting the largest monetary civil rights law suit now which involves the United States Department of Agriculture's way of doing business with Afro-American farmers-in U.S. history?

The Congressional holiday break is just days a way. This scond chance is the largest in US history; the next senate vote occurs this Tuesday. Contact me as to how you can help. Our farmers thank you also!!!

Bill C, please post your contact and organizational information on the board. Because land ownership is essential to creating wealth and producing healthy food for Africans in this country. Thanks

Thanks: I am so new at this! Is this a reason I have not received more responses? Would you like to join me and EbonyRose to try and get this message out?

I am on a crusade and await your reply.

Hi Bill C. I didn't realize until just now that you are in Dothan, Al. Are you a Callins? You can PM me with the answer and contact info. I have lots of relatives out there who farm and live in the rural areas of Dallas and Autauga Counties. I am very interested in this. Thanks again

EbonyRose, I am trying so hard. What don't I have yet? We are trying to get others to sign an "online petition". Can you help in this regard? I have many signatures, organizations, churches, etc.

Just plain text is fine. And I sent you a Private message with some particulars. You can reply there

I admit I am somewhat nervous but this is a huge issue I undertook some 11 or 12 months ago. What a great company of footsoldiers I have who have pressed on for this bill's passage, along with me. Of course, we are prepared.

Well, if you can put up the Internet address to get to the online petition, I'm sure there are several people would be interested in putting their names on the list! I, for one, would be happy to! Smile
