DAY 2

This is day 2 [for me] of the master cleansing process and yes, I'm hungry. . .

It helps, though, that my drinks are pre-prepared, so I can simply open a bottle of the mixture and drink it when I feel hungry. . .

as opposed to taking the time out to prepare the lemonade drink each day.

Right now the drink itself doesn't satisfy my hunger pains, but I make myself focus on something else other than food. I'm fortunate that I can rearrange my work schedule to be home for a few days. . .

cause the first few days are the toughest [imo] when on this cleanse.

DAY 3

And, already I'm having visions of honey nut muffins with a cup of tea, along with fruit [on the side] for breakfast, and for lunch. . .

a veggie sandwich on whole wheat, with lettuce & tomato, avocado, cucumber, pickles, and yes: onions. . . Eek

Yummy. 3

Of course this is nothing more than a passing thought.

I'm pretty much gonna stay IN today, cause I don't want any reminders of food.

It's day 3 and I plan to stick with the program. . .honey muffins & veggie sandwiches aside. Smile

I did a modified version of this a while back and may do it again.

What I did was the master cleanse tea, which I drank throughout the day.

With a lunch meal consisting of a chicken breast and a ton of vegetables, and then I did the same thing at night.

Along the way I drank some of that fiber mix.

It helped alot and gave me a ton of energy.

In fact I may try that again.

Do you know how many glasses or bottles of the mixture you'd drink throughout the day?

Last year I drank eight 12oz bottles a day but this time around I seem to need 10 bottles to get through the day. I've been doing this off & on for years but this is the first time I needed to drink TEN bottles a day. Eek

btw. . .your modified version of the cleanse sounds absolutely DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!! tfro

It worked well and I didn't feel like I was starving myself. The first two days I did the sea salt water drink at night and I gave that up real quick.

What I did was mix my stuff up, the lemon juice and the organic B maple syrup in a gallon jug. Then I would put it in about a 1 liter drinking bottle and drink it throughout the day. So I probable drank about 1 1/2 to 2 liters per day.

The first mix I did I put in to much Cayenne pepper so I had to throw it all away. After that I stopped adding the cayenne pepper to the big mix and do it by the glass or the drinking bottle.

What I think helped the most was all the vegetables. It was right after the garden season so I had a ton of tomatoes and cucumbers and I would eat like a huge bowl twice a day. This tricked my stomach into think that I was eating like normal. Then I would have either 1 chicken breast or one piece of Cod fish or other low fat fish.

My calories were about 500 per day, and in that I was getting about 60 grams of protein. I was still able to stay physically active and clean out my system. It just took a little longer than being completely on the lemonade diet.
