Here is my update

I am down to 208 and leaning out. I am not losing body fast as fast as when I was younger but I am balancing out. I finally was able to start playing basketball again after six months of lifting and cardio (not because I was fat but because of my knees).

My supplements:

Omega 3 fish oil
Multi-vitamins
Chromium Picolenate *sp
Epervecent Creatine *sp
Thermogene EFX (With Ephedra)
Traditional Whey Protein

I originally planned to complain that you didn't give me first dibs on this, but I used a full serving sample of NO Shotgun yesterday. The pump was terrific, but the cracked out feeling from the energy component of it was not so cool. Eek

Bwahahahahaaa, from what I understand, each serving contains a full serving of Redline.

Maybe my adrenals are kinda fried, because I never get the "cracked out" feeling from any of the stims.

I can typically have 2-3 cups of coffee and still lay down for a nap. sleep

Sounds like you are doing well. To me the slower, the better. More likely that the fat will stay gone.

What is the current status of ephedra with the DEA? I've totally lost track with all the back and forth.
