I don't respond to threads with my name on them... I will make this one exception to my own rule. For you, this one time. In the 'bighouse' I have a thread called, "for the record". Check it out. Now, I told you once and I'll tell you again. Acharya is one source. (Come to think, I can rattle of at least 10 books that she referenced in one of her works that I have on my shelves, so it (the topic of religion/spirituality), is not about her; its deeper than that willywill3, isn't it?) If you are concern with whom I endorse and you think it is harmful/not a smart move, not only for me, but to others who hold her works in regard....She has a chatboard. No need for private emailing her and all that stuff. Step to her publically, on her claims. Step to S like how roxanne shante would do to emcee's, (paraphrasing) "Step to they buisness and hurt they feelings" CRUSH her claims with YOUR research. If anyone can back up her claims, it would be her. If anyone can back up your claims, it would be you. (Byetheway, how many books do you have on your person with regard to religion/spirituality? Equate that to how many wiki -esk websites you frequent for your enlightenment. What's the ratio? ( i.e. 2 to 1 website to book; 40 to 1 website a book.) Just as you engage folks on this messageboard, I see no different then you engaging her on her messageboard. If you are convincing and you have the data to back your claims. I will admit I'm wrong and 'disconnect' with the woman. Agreed? Books that you have actually read. Websites are an automatic disqualification. Okay? Before you strawman or respond on some ole' other tihs... Again, go there, put Acharya 'to rest' on her forum. If you don't or won't do that, then no bother worrying me with who it is you take exception to that I dig. Only responce I am looking for is that you agree to go and 'CRUSH' her claims. If you believe in your research, then I BELIEVE in you research. Good hunting! HOTEP!

Yeah, yeah, yeah and through all of that you had many Christian theologians and Atheist laugh at this woman. Enough for me and thank God that there are people who implore others to do their own research in regards to matters like this. I rather watch John Cena's, "The Marine" then sit 2 hours through that nonsense again. |
